Passengers
will travel round-trip from the mouth of the Fox River in Green Bay to
the locks of De Pere. Along the way there will be music, food, and
actors portraying the history of the Fox-Wisconsin Waterway Project that would pave the way for easy river travel by ships like the Aquila.
